Undeliverable Packages and Returned Shipments

Additional reshipping fees may apply. If you prefer not to reship, we may issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees, where applicable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or the carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us at {support email} within {X days} of the delivery scan so we can help you file a carrier claim where possible.

We are not responsible for theft after a carrier confirms delivery. However, we will do our best to assist with the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
